  自動橋式汽車采樣裝置是適應煤炭、冶金、化工、電力、港口等行業(yè),針對汽車進廠原料進行自動采樣而專門設計生產(chǎn)的,整套系統(tǒng)工作過程可實現(xiàn)自動進行樣品采集、制樣、縮分和集樣。其形式可分為BLCYO型橋式汽車采樣裝置和BLCYM型門式汽車采樣裝置,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場和用戶要求,可選擇理想的配置。

  設備組成/Equipment components

  主要由采樣大棚、行走大車、行走小車、升降系統(tǒng)、螺旋采樣頭、破碎系統(tǒng)、初級給料機、二級給料機、樣品收集器、接料斗、電氣操作系統(tǒng)等組成。

  采樣頭升降主要有:液壓驅(qū)動、鏈條驅(qū)動、電動絞車驅(qū)動、齒條齒輪驅(qū)動等形式

  結構形式有:單跨單車、單跨雙車等形式

  工作流程/Work process

  采樣機到達預定采樣點后,行走機構自動鎖緊,啟動采制樣系統(tǒng),并由上下進給裝置驅(qū)動進至預設煤層深處開始采樣,集料斗門關閉,達到采樣深度后,采樣頭回至上部極限位置,小車行走至放料點,物料放入集料斗內(nèi)(重復以上步驟2次)三點采樣完成,大車行走至放料原點,集料斗自動開啟,煤樣經(jīng)過輸送機輸送至制樣單元系統(tǒng)內(nèi),經(jīng)過破碎縮分,所需煤樣集A樣品瓶,余煤經(jīng)余料返回系統(tǒng)進八余料儲存處。同時采樣頭放完煤樣后,又返回到所設采樣點,準備下一煤車采樣。當下一煤車到達采樣點后,啟動采制樣系統(tǒng),開始采樣,同時集料斗門關閉。
